Discover the Benefits of Network Marketing

What is network marketing?

Networking is a marketing strategy that makes use of people to reach markets which are hard to reach via e-mail marketing. This is a type of multi-level marketing, in which distributors are recruited to sell products directly from the company.

How does it work?

In networking, you have to first invest an amount equivalent to a starter kit. Included in the starter kit are the products that the company wants you to sell. Aside from direct-selling, the networking method provides you with a “downline system”. Your downline is the total of your original recruits down to your original recruits’ future recruits. For every successfully recruited person, you will get a certain amount as a reward. To sum up, there are two ways for you to earn in networking: 1) through direct-selling 2) through increasing the number of your downline.

Benefits of network marketing

Find out the benefits that network marketers derive from this type of business.

1. Financial independence – Network marketers often venture into the world of multi-level marketing with this in mind. People would want to be financially independent to sustain their own needs. As you start with this business, you will start earning your own income.

2. Be your own boss – Tired of your annoying bosses? You don’t have to deal with them anymore! In networking, you are the one who dictates how you want your business to operate!

3. Limitless opportunity – You won’t have to be trapped in a time-based earning system. Spending your time in the office earns you a fixed income regardless of the effort you put on it. As a result, your lazy workmate gets promoted because he happens to be your boss’ pet while your superb effort remains unseen. You don’t have to put up with that anymore, make your earnings equal to your effort!

4. Personal growth – Training sessions and seminars are provided by networking companies to help their starters learn how things work. Included in these trainings are lessons on speaking and social interactions, which are the network marketer’s main tools for networking.

5. Small capital – Many are worried about the capital needed in starting a business. While some businesses need huge capital, network marketing only requires a small investment on your part. This amount can only be worth a pair of shoes!

6. Relationship building – As you go along in the business, you will have to deal with a lot of people. Because of this, your interpersonal skills will be honed. This is also a great way for you to start building relationships with other people both inside and outside the company!

7. Building connections – Building connections is one of the primary goals of multi-level marketing. Because you are meeting and talking with a lot of people in this business, you will be able to build a wide range of connection. This will enhance your chance of success!

8. Nailing down your own schedule – Because you are your own boss, you can now set your own working hours!

9. Can be part-time – With this type of business, you don’t have to sacrifice your full-time job. Because of the flexibility in the working terms, you may be able to handle both jobs with proper time management.

Network Marketing Industry Tips

When you’re seeking information about the network marketing industry, what you want is accurate, reliable, proven methods, that will help you grow your business. This is why you always need to be cautious when browsing online for information because not everyone is going to give you the goods.

One of the benefits of being involved in the network marketing industry is that you do not have to limit yourself to any singular business or program! Once you have gained enough experience from your first network marketing program and have grown your network to an extent where it is profitable, you do not have to continue to limit yourself to that network.

Your comfort zone might be important to you in network marketing, but it’s important that you step out of it if you want to expand your team. For instance: You might only hold little poolside gatherings at a certain spot because this is what you’re comfortable with. Go bigger and bolder and step outside of what you’re used to in order to expand.

Connect with people everyday. Even if they are not directly related to your particular network marketing business, getting in touch with other network marketers or internet marketers can give you marketing ideas and techniques that you may not be using. Other people in your industry can be a source of support and information as well so you can build your business even bigger.

Value your time and don’t repeat yourself. Create an FAQ page and don’t answer questions personally when the answer can be found on the page. Set aside regular times for your team to ask questions and discuss new trends, but instruct them to approach you only with problems and ideas not already discussed or answered.

My Father is an entrepreneur and he’s taught me a lot over time. One thing I learned just by eating dinner with him is that he claims everything. As long as you discuss your network marketing business at dinner, you can claim not only the bill but your gas costs to and from the restaurant!

One way to understand network marketing better, is to realize it is not an industry in and of itself. It is rather another form of direct sales. You promote the sale of goods for companies, and you get paid for that promotion. It is pretty simple, but can sound complicated.

Put your network marketing material EVERYWHERE! At your local church, in their newsletter, in a community newsletter, on forums, on Craigslist, even at the local supermarket on their community corkboard. The more eyes that see your promotional information, the more sign-ups you’re likely to get. Make sure you’re only posting it in places that are likely to get the right kind of people reading it, though. For example, a school probably isn’t the best place to post an ad.

If you want to keep your network marketing business vital, take a day off. Rejuvenating your body and mind can help you to think outside the box, be exposed to situations that will give you new ideas, and renew your motivation. One or two days off a week will benefit your business, so take it easy for a bit!

Be prepared to put a lot of work into your network marketing ventures. Though it may sound or seem easy, it will take much dedication on your part to learn what direction will be best for your particular business. Do not forget that the more work you put into initial marketing, the higher your potential return.

Finding accurate information online isn’t difficult to do, but there is a lot of inaccurate, flimsy, poorly written and outdated information out there, that can bog you down. Don’t let your efforts lose any steam, due to out-dated information.

Tips for Reading Forex Market Charts

Venturing into Forex trading can be a daunting endeavor, but it doesn’t have to be. The Forex market offers a lot advantages over other markets such as stocks, bonds or futures trading–the main advantage being the very low barriers to entry. Almost anyone can trade Forex, but traders who understand how to read Forex market charts–and most importantly, how to interpret those charts–possess a distinct and sizable advantage. Below I provide some tips for reading Forex market charts which will hopefully help you profit from the largest market in the world.

Tips for Reading Forex Market Charts

Markets Move in Waves – One of the first things traders must understand is that markets move in waves. While we love the idea of buying a currency and then watching it move straight to our profitable exit point, the market does not work that like. Even during a strong trend the market moves in a two steps forward, one step back fashion. Most traders miss out on the bulk of the profit potential because they fail to realize that markets never move straight in one direction. Ranges also develop which is equivalent to taking one step forward, and then one step back. Being able to identify trends and ranges in real-time is pivotal. Then, when trends are present realize that to make the big money the market is going to move forward, then pullback, then move forward again.

Get Out When the Trend Reverses – Trends are where most traders make money. Much of this money is given back though when the trend reverses and the trader fails to realize it. As mentioned above we must realize that the market trends in a see-saw motion and we can’t panic every time a pullback occurs. At the same time though we must exit when the trend is reversing. One of the easiest ways to determine when a trend is reversing is to use a trend line. In an uptrend trend, we create a trend line by drawing a straight line along the lows (price dips) which have occurred as the price moves higher. The is extended out to the right. If the price drops below that line in the future it is a signal the trend could be over. In a down trend the line is drawn along the price highs (rallies) which occurred as the price moves down. Trend lines are useful tools but at times can be inaccurate. That said, draw a trendline on each trend then determine if it looks to be useful-very flat or very steep trendlines are rarely useful.

Beware of the Coiled Spring – Currency pairs, like any market, often go from volatile to sedate and then back to volatile. These sedate times often lull traders in to making low profit potential trades as volatility dries up. Eventually, the market becomes like a coiled spring; so many traders are trying to nibble at small profits that a big move eventually ensues wiping out many of the traders. A triangle chart pattern exhibits this perfectly and is when we can see the price action of a currency funnel into into a narrower and narrower range (creating a triangle like appearance. Avoid trading when this occurring; the profit potential is not there and it is hard to gauge in which direction the market will break. Instead, wait for a breakout to occur, and then trade with that momentum. Draw lines along the bottom and top of the narrowing price action to determine when the breakout occurs.

Realize the Impact of the Spread – In the Forex market you will always have to pay the spread. As mentioned above, when volatility dies the spread essentially becomes more expensive because with less volatility there is less profit potential. Therefore, if a currency pair is very quiet and moves very little, avoid trading it.

Not all Times of Day are the Same – The Forex market is open 24 hours a day during the week. If you pay close attention though to your intra-day charts you will see some times have lots of action, while other times of the day are very quiet. Trade during the busy times, for the EURUSD currency pair for example the busy time is while the US or European markets/banks are open. When banks close in the US the pair gets quieter more and difficult to forecast. Trade in pairs where at least of the countries (or zones) involved in the pair is open for business, and avoid trading during “dead” times where there is little volume and little interest in the pair.
Forex trading involves being able to isolate trends and then enter and profitable exit those trends. Traders will benefit from avoiding meandering markets which have little conviction in one direction or another, and which lack volatility. Trading currencies which don’t move simply becomes too expensive when paying the spread. Also, traders should realize that different times of day present different opportunities. Most of the opportunities will come when major markets/banks are open and actively trading a currency pair.

The Advantages of Network Marketing Versus Any Other Online Business

Before I get into what the advantages of network marketing are, I thought it would be a good idea to point out some of the types of other online businesses that are similar to network marketing as a common point of reference. So let’s take a look at affiliate marketing, which is similar to network marketing and yet are very different in many ways.

What Affiliate Marketing is and what it is Not

Here’s a definition of what affiliate marketing is from Wikipedia:

“Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate’s own marketing efforts. The industry has four core players: the merchant (also known as ‘retailer’ or ‘brand’), the network (that contains offers for the affiliate to choose from and also takes care of the payments), the publisher (also known as ‘the affiliate’), and the customer. The market has grown in complexity to warrant a secondary tier of players, including affiliate management agencies, super-affiliates and specialized third party vendors.”

In other words, you are a representative of the company that you’re selling products for and your commission payments are anywhere from 10% to 15% on average, some may pay as high as 20%. This is a direct sell type of system, so the amount of income you make is based on how much you sell and more importantly getting repeat customers. Since its performance based, affiliates will have to continually find ways to get more customers to buy their primary’s products. Some companies may pay you some compensation if you get others to become affiliates, but it’s usually a onetime transaction and thereafter there is no connection to the new affiliate you brought into the primary company; you’re primary income will always be from direct selling.

Now I’ve used the term affiliate marketing and network marketing interchangeably, but that was an error on my part and something I’m attempting to correct, so those who are newcomers to network marketing don’t get confused, my apologies for my previous mistake in my other posts.

Again, just to reiterate, affiliate marketing is performance based and it takes consistent work and time to make a profit and you may have to join other affiliate marketing companies to make a comfortable profit. At best, your income may be enough to compliment your primary income, but not replace it.

The Advantage of Network Marketing

Network marketing differs from other performance based online businesses is that you can not only make money from the products of your primary, but you can also make money from the distributors you recruit and they become what is called your down line, I’d rather call them your team, because that’s what they become, you work with them, mentor them, keep them motivated, just as a team should do.

And the great thing about network marketing is you can keep growing your team, you’re not limited in how many prospects you can recruit into your team; sky’s the limit. And when you get movers and leaders on your team, your income and business will benefit exponentially. That is where you get into residual income; making money on autopilot if you will.

Network Marketing is a Business

Now some people have this idea that network marketing is like pressing a magic button and voila, money comes pouring into their bank accounts. Sorry to burst their bubble; this is a business and you need to apply yourself like you would any other business, if you don’t put in the time training, developing a short term and long term plan, laying out what strategies to use, you’ll make no money and you’d be wasting your time. You need to think and treat it as a serious business, because it is. It will take serious commitment, time and effort when you first start in the business and sometimes you’ll run into some hard knocks, but when you stick with it, you will succeed and the payoff can be very, very profitable!

How to Get You Started on the Right Track in Network Marketing

Many of the most successful network marketers have been in this industry for 7, 10, 15 years to get where they are now and learned the hard way through trial and error; they attended the school of hard knocks to get their ranks. However, today some of these marketing leaders like Norbert Orlewicz and Todd Schlomer have founded and created a system that provides the training, software tools, marketing strategies, and support all in one simple system; My Lead System Pro. The value of this system would and should cost thousands of dollars, but this isn’t for those who have thousands of dollars. They created it to be affordable for ordinary people that do not have a lot of money to invest in a training system like My Lead System Pro. There are a few companies that have similar programs as My Lead System Pro, so it would be a good idea to do your homework and do some research on which network companies offer quality training and support to get you started in the right direction.

You can narrow your search by typing in “legitimate” or “quality network marketing companies” if your using Google or other search engines. Be careful to not to get caught up with hyped up ads that say “you can make $10,000.00 in 30 days!” That isn’t going to happen and the fundamentals are the same, if you want to get into online network marketing. And all the “gurus” in the industry know those key fundamentals, or they wouldn’t be where they are today. So keep your head straight and be sensible when searching for the system that would be suitable for you.

I’ve mentioned My Lead System Pro in my article because I have gone through their training program and I’m still a member; they continually update their training modules so you can keep up to date and take advantage of the latest techniques and software tools to keep you ahead of the game.
